Roll DEFT (DC12). Select a target-tile, on a Success, `SMOKE` is placed down in a 3-tile radius from the target. A character [OBSCURED]* by smoke has Advantage on Flee Combat. Additionally, all SHARP Attacks fired through SMOKE are at Disadvantage.

*[OBSCURED] - Draw a Line from Player-to-Player, if the line goes through smoke, they are Obscured.
